Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Refunds & Returns

At The Providence Shoppe, we want you to be happy with your purchase! If something isn't quite right, please review our return and refund policy below. 

We accept returns on eligible, unused items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, unused, unworn and with all original tags and packaging intact.

To request a return, please contact The Providence Shoppe before sending any items back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Store Credit Only

The Providence Shoppe does not offer refunds to the original form of payment. All approved returns will be issued as store credit only.

Store credit will be issued after the returned merchandise has been received and inspected. Store credit may be used toward future purchased at The Providence Shoppe.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:
