Then serve your food piping hot, right on the piece. One piece to clean is better than two! Heat safe to 1000 degrees fahrenheit; great for the grill, stovetop or even inside your oven. Will not crack, chip, break, rust or tarnish. Fish griller measures 18 3/4 inches long by 8 1/2 inches wide. Hand wash with warm water and mild detergent. As with any cookware, it is recommended to use cooking oil prior to grilling.
